I think we just went through this one - its an old
hoax.
It stands for "System Utility Long File Name BacKup".
It's a system utility for, I believe, converting long
filenames to something usable for DOS utilities. The
system will run fine without it, but it is necessary
once in a great while, so don't delete it.
