Redmidget:
the answer to your first question is: you look under the radiator.  Your 
second question.  You take the ignition switch and trunk lid switch and the 
key to a good locksmith.  At least in California I was able to get the two 
fitted with keys that matched both.  If you explain that you are crazy enough 
to want to restore a 72 red midget he will be happy to do it.  I think the 
guy used the number system to order blanks, and it cost about $30, so it 
might be better to see if someone has a set of spares.
