Bugeye Bonnet Beading Installation

Subject: Bugeye Bonnet Beading Installation

I'm about to begin installation of new beading on one side of my Bugeye bonnet
(with a "new to the bonnet" wing).  What's the best way to get the beading to
contour to the curves of the bonnet?  Stretching?  Cut out wedges?  Other?
Please let me know your experiences.  Thank-you.
