Larry- Sounds like the builder used "Total Seal" rings; hope he used bronze valve guides and teflon oil seals on the intakes 'cause as hard as it "blows", this baby is going to "suck". The highest I've ever experienced (thus far) was on an 11.0-1 engine with normal rings, and it pushed 200 with 2% leaddown across all four. What sort of cam is the unit running; Kent 286+-, or so?
