Go no further than Mr. Su himself.  It's my opinion Joe Curto's the best guy in 
the states for rebuilding these things.  

His number is 718-762-7878 and he is located in College Point Queens, NYC.  I 
believe it's $300 for a completely rebuilt set of carbs.  Nice guy too.

I know a lot of people who have been satisfied with the results.
