Oh I can confidently say that this little creation is not steet legal by a 
long shot. No rear lights that I could see. And I don't beleive I have ever 
seen a car fitted with jet turbines that was legal on the street. Come to 
think of it I never seen jet turbines fitted to a car. But it does look like 
it would be a blast to drive though.
