will upon others.

Average Arab has so little to lose by
misbehaving. 

Only way to handle "bully on the block"
is to knock him off his feet so hard that
he'll never get back up or, as in the case
of Axis powers in WW2, get back up
with "adjusted attitude" in getting along
with others.
