Thanks for the advice Dave.
As overheating is not so much of a problem, rather the opposite in the
UK <gg> I was planning on doing away with the water pump fan (
quieter, and save HP).
Just wondering what control system to use so that fan only cuts in
when required.  I believe if the fan is behind, rather than in front
of the rad, then much of the time the speed-induced airflow through
the rad is quite sufficient on its own. (1275 engine, not 1500)
Now, where's Frank when I need him ?!! :-)
