while I have not personally dealt with
Moss myself, I have heard some
"unsavory" remarks along the lines
of your "latest" comment!

Peter's "way" does seem the way to
go: bottom line - he does a "better
job" according to those who have used
his rebuilts. Everyone seems more than
just satisfied. Nice to hear!
