Torque settings for front plate bolts?

Can you believe it! I can't find torque specs, in either
Haynes or Bentley, for the 5/16" bolts that attach the front
plate to the block (I'll use the same setting as on the 5/16"
timing cover bolts), for the 3 bolts that attach the
camshaft retaining plate, or for the cam sprocket nut.
Are any of these crucial, or just "snug 'em up"?
