        I concur with Jay about locating another body, both time and wallet 
saving 
in the long run.  I know you would like to save this particuiar one but it 
sounds too far gone.   There are several bugeyes in restorable condition on 
EBay right now and at a very low price.  Don't know if they are in your area 
or not but you should take a look.  Also with another shell and related 
parts you get to pick the best and sell the rest..
