I have rented tools at Auto Zone in the past. In fact I was installing new valve springs in my 1275 last week and rented a valve spring compressor. They say it is a free rental, you just buy the tool and when you bring it back they give you your money back. Not a bad deal for those use them once every 10 year tools.
