That's what I was going to suggest.
I had the same problem, once a perfect set up 45DCOE then it was bogging
all the time.
I got rid of the Mallory and went to a Lucas 23D dizzy.
That solved a lot of problems. I think the mallory over advanced.
Yeah they have adjustable advance curves and look great but I like the
Lucas 23D best. Set it and forget it.
Same carb, different dizzy, no more bog.
At least try retarding the timing a bit and take it for a spin.
