Maybe you can lean the mix yourself, and then find a friendly shop to check
it and sign the form. Make sure you change the oil and filter before
emissions inspection. It can make a big difference.
As far as the window, is there anybody nearby with a hardtop that you can fit
temporarily for inspection? Cheez! The rally is gettin' close!
