ok.. i got the dwell meter hooked up finally.. checked on the
web to find out how.. one lead to the coil wire that goes to
the distributor .. one to chassis ground.. and since this is a
postive ground car the RED lead goes to ground.. that done,
when the meter says 600, the tach says 1200.. when the meter
says 1000 the tach says 2000.. . i would say that means that i
have to double the meter reading to verify the tach.. that
means that the tach i just put in is CALIBRATED ALREADY...
yeah...! even tho it already (nicely) has the hole drilled out
in the back of the case...
Today will be GOREGOUS in the Pacific Northwest... think i'll
take the car out for a spin and play with the tach?... LOL
