At one time this list was automatically updated when you entered your info,
that is no longer the case as I lost access to that server. I now manually
update the list so it sometimes takes a day or so for me to get to it. If
you fill out the info form and it does not show up on the list within a
couple of work days (i only do it from my office), either send it again or
drop me a note.
