Easy/er way to to it is to get some fender bolts with either a pointed end or
the really nice ones with the built-in drift pin (self aligning). A couple
lengths of precut pvc tubing with a half a rubber ball glued to either end
for "struts" and a pair of soft rubber corner wedges to keep the bonnet from
dragging the cowl, and it's a 5 minute job. Esp easy if you have a soft
rubber coated 1/4" drive industrial strength, torque settable, battery
powered ratchet with the rocker switch reverse as used by Morton Thiokol for
rocket motor maintensnce.... No air hose to mess with, and doesn;t leave
scars if you drop it.... only $499 wherever high-end government contracts
are negotiated, discounted to $5 at the local DRMO....
