Do not over fill the overflow tank, uit will spit coolant out when it
gets warm.
Fill the radiator full, but only 1/4 in the overflow tank (when cold)
At normal op temp, the tank should be 1/2 full. Too much water and it
spills out when hot.
Take a close look at the head/water pump by-pass hose.
Also look behind the fan, a bad water pump will weep ouit the bottom
just behind the fan.
