Hi all!
A brown RWA Midget was spotted by a guy on the the MicroCar list I
belong to. It was travelling west on I-78 towards Carlisle. Just a
guess on my part, but I would not be surprised if he bought a top. Or,
maybe, a hat.
It might be a neat unexpected picture trophy if some one knows him.
