So you have one of them there Italian "racing" horns.
AKA air horns.
2 drops of 3-in-1 or other light sewing machine type oil every 3 months
or so. Pneumatic air tool oil will work too but only a drop or 2 every
few months, any excess should blow out when you sound the horn.
So if you over oil it, have a friend in a new suit stand in front of the
horn, blow it, spray him with oil :)
