Be sure to check the VARA rulebook for what's acceptable for *vintage*
racing, too. Most of the new sticky compounds won't qualify.

I start mine at 22 psi cold, get up to 25-27 at the end of a 20 minute
session, depending on ambient temp and how hard I push it. I'm still
running a 10+ year old set of Yokos, and will probably go to Hoosiers when
VARA tells me my Yokos I don't have enough tread left.
