they probably have various names or colors that identify their specific
octane ratings.    as the consumer you must ask them what is what or for a
brochure on their product line.   my local sunoco racing fuel dealer ( a
block away but only open thursday nights!) has brochures that are available
upon request.  i know there are a few difrent colors of racing fuel but
memory does not recall if the specific colors are standardised throughout
fuel industry or they are specific to each manufacturer as to their specifif
ocatne ratings.  so as ed said ....call them and ask!  also.....ask for a
price per gallon too!   also remember most fuel vendors are not allowed to
dispense fuel into cars at their point of sale.  take the 5 gallon jugs with
you!
btw!  you can ask, they might let you fill the race car with fuel yourself
on the trailer at their point of sale and them fill the jug to take with
you.   sometimes having fuel from home source isa bit cheaper than track
fuels.   but make sure you have a D.O.T. aproved container and a safe way to
transport!
