adrian,
have you checked for the adjustment of the clutch master's pedal to master
cylinder push rod? if for any reason the master cylinder's piston is not
being allowed to return to it's at rest position, you could not be getting
the proper action to get a proper reaction at the slave cylinder. just a
thought? this situation can lead to some very confusing clutch related
problems, and is not hard to check before going into further diagnosis.
