MOWOG block ID question

Hey All,

Any help with an identification of this block will be appreciated.

Block markings;

On one side - at the bottom of the block;

11G 35   AF5   15.7.5


On the other side at the top, just above and to the left of the
mechanical fuel pump opening;

1200   

Also on the same side in the center;

MOWOG
  5   

This has a much larger oil pan than the A-Series engines, removable
plates on the lifter side and the markings on the head are 11G 216 and
MOWOG
