Not a bad looking car! I think I'd like a slightly more "period looking"
steering column and wheel to complete the effect, but overall nicely done.
Here's a similar idea available as a kit or a turnkey job. The finished car
is considerably more expensive ($34,500) that what the seller on eBay claims
to have in his car. And it isn't as nice looking IMHO.

Follow some of the links, particularly "Ann's car" at the bottom of the page
for some more pics. They are supposed to be assembling one of these over the
three days of Carlisle, although the Midget and Thunderbird donor cars are
being prepped ahead of time. I going to pop by and check it out while I'm
there. They also are planning a "Griffin" which is a MUCH better looking
car, and an E-type kit as well. Don't know if these will use any Midget
parts.
