Hey All,
My son is looking at a 1989 Dodge Caravan (Turbo Charged).
I don't know anything about the Dodge, (I have Midgets and Fords).
The body and interior are very clean and the mileage is 78,000. It
seems to run strong.
Any (Dodge) quirks or special considerations I should be aware of???
Asking price for this is about 1500.

We have at least a dozen of these at work. None are turbo charged, but
all have had the transmissions replaced. Out of roughly 200 drivers, we
have less than a dozen who find them comfortable. All of the vans are
losing their paint (even the 1999 models). The general consensus of
opinions from both the maintenance department and the drivers is "YUCK".
All are being replaced by Ford products as they require more major work.
