First, good work, keep at it!
You know I'll be one of your first customers. Maintaining proper mixture
with an SU coupled to a turbocharger is not a simple task. Compromises are
made. BEEFI would be a godsend to such a set-up.
It should be sensitive to engine temp, oxy sensor, throttle position, knock
sensor, and an adjustable timing tweak (from the dash)might be handy. If
the price is to be over a few hundred, make sure it has lips.
If you get this worked out, I imagine it will reduce emissions, improve
mileage, improve power at some throttle positions, ease cold starting and
eliminate sticking choke cables.
Now if you could just bring it in under $5.00........
Seriously, I would pay up to a couple of hundred for the brain box, but I'd
have to get some idea what the peripheral sensors, injectors and high
pressure pump will cost.
