Myself, I wouldn't run above $250.00 for a complete, doesn't run, needs
lots of work, rust free example. Then again, I think if you spend more
than $500.00 for any car, you spent too much (it doesn't matter what you
spend fixing it up, just can't spend more than $500.00 to acquire
it....).
