On a sunny, relatively warm day (40) my new Bugeye and I had a great
1-1/2 hour trip home. Yellow Beauty and I made the journey down
Rochester Road and then down I-75 with Rick driving the chase car. The
car ran well -70 mph at 4500 rpm, 45 psi oil pressure and 165 degrees. I
left a lot of space to the car in front because the original type brakes
were a little shaky. The engine ran well and didn't smoke too much. It
sits in my driveway and looks cute, with a nice smile!
A great drive in the first Sprite (out of 25 or so) that I could drive
home.
Now to get my repainted Metallic Gray Bugeye back together!
