The "undo" won't work after you've closed the edit feature. The deletes
don't go to a recycle bin or anything (it's information within a file).
I'm not aware on any cache or history file which would have the list
separately.
Unless you do backups, the best I can come up with is to go through
your history (communicator/tools/history) and save whatever you've been
to recently. You can alter how long history's memory is under
"edit/preferences/navigator."
