Vintage Racing question (Chuck? WST? Mike? Crash? Team Thicko, anyone?)

Hey All,

I would like to learn more about vintage racing.  More to the point,
what are the classes, rules, safty requirements,  and how could I begin
to participate?

I am currently building another Midget (71) and am at the engine
building stage.  I don't want to build a car that will not qualify.

Can anyone point me in the proper direction? Chuck? WST? Mike? Crash?
