License Plate restoration vendor

Hi listers,
Anyone recommend a license plate restoration vendor / company out here on
the West coast?  I've researched a couple vendors on the East coast but
their "customer service"  has been less than acceptable to me so far.

Would appreciate some leads / experiences so I can get price, turn around
time and work guarantee quotes on restoring a pair of '56-'62 issue
California plates for YOM registration.
