Found some twin HIF44 carbs. One of them has a SOLEX stepper motor on it whilst the other has no choke at all. Anyone know how/why a stepper motor works in the place of a choke? There are 2 wires to the unit. Does it use temperature feed to the stepper motor electrics or is there normally some electronic wizardry involved. |
