Jamie,  Right now I have $3500 in the 948 rebuild I'm working on and still
need a cam and head which I figure will run another $1500 or so.  That is
for a 80 hp @ 7000 rpm engine.  I also paid $1500 for a long block which
lasted 2 months.  You always pay for what you get, you just don't always get
what you pay for.
