I have had this on my first Spridget where the tank was very rusty and had
been fixed with multiple layers of fiberglass!!! Of course the gas would
dissolve the resin over time so that it started leaking again.
When I ran out of gas (bad gauge), it wouldn't reprime. So a partial
obstruction would also be the problem.
