Very simple to do:
1.  2 scrambled eggs and 3 pieces of bacon for breakfast = 300 calories.
2.  Turkey balogna (1 slice) between 2 lite pieces of bread, and an apple,
for lunch = 200 calories.
3.  Turkey burger plain (8 oz.) with catsup and scoop of peas for supper =
300 calories.
4.  Water to drink with each meal and as often as you want.
5.  Total = 800 calories/day.  Average woman requires 1800 calories/day to
maintain "model's" figure.  Therefore, you lose 1000 calories/day.  1 lb. =
3500 calories, so you can lose 2 lbs./week on this diet.  In 5 weeks, you've
lost 10 lbs.
