no... no CAFE standards or pollution standards before
1968... the first year that you even had PCV valves in
cars, side marker lights, ... it was all phased in after
that... 1967... last year for wood steering wheels.. not
collapsible steering columms... shoulder harnesses...
etc etc etc..
