Repair panels for RWA Midgets

Hello folks:

I glanced through some of the catalogs issued by the usual suspects, and 
couldn't find any source for the repair panel for the lower area of the rear 
corner of the car... i.e., the bottom of the back-end of the wheel well for a 
RWA car.  Are these things available anywhere else?  (Besides cutting them off 
of a parts car)
