This was her first trip in the midget and it was the first time it had a
passenger seat in 2 years. I finish installing the seat and some of
the carpet at 3:00 AM. Did not want her to get covered with that
black gook on the floor. On the way home we stopped for coffee and
she commented that the cockpit was really hot. Something like my legs
feel like they are on fire :-)

Knowing me that is if it is all in place. The carpet kit I have is a real
jig saw puzzle. I have NO clue where some of the pieces go. >>

Next time, stop for iced tea, rather than coffee. I'm glad your wife enjoyed
the day. It is nice to just take it easy and look at the cars...and talk to
the owners. Everybody is friendly.

For the carpets, take a look at the picture in the Moss catalog. The carpet
pieces are laid out pretty much the way they fit in the car. The trickiest
(SP?) part is covering the rear wheel wells. (Or you could just take the car
over to Frank and he'll show you how to carpet the thing for about $10 in
materials!)

Mark down October 7th and come over to "MGs at Mercer" in Doylestown, PA. We
have to keep tabs on your progress, Bill.
