Lots of WD40 and let them soak in it for a while. It is also easier to move
the seat if you are sitting in it providing push pull with your legs, I
think. The other alternative is that they are easy to remove, with only 4
nuts under the body to remove. If they are that rusted, it would be easier
to get the rust out and get them slicked up with the seats out of the car.
