Your Guvmint pays upwards of $200 / ft for Inco 718
stock (nickel alloy, actually) with all certification
papers.  Best high temp stuff you can get, though. 
When I was at Grumman Aerospace 30 feet disappeared
from the shipping dock one day.  every car guy in the
place was interviewed by security.  Looking at Inco
for a regulator body right now, 1200F temp, 1400 psia
operating pressure.
