Think I'm gonna bring the '72 1275 head in to have the valve guides replaced. Is there anything else they should (reasonably) do while it's in there? Shave the head? How much? Should I opt for new valves? Unleaded valves? Right now it's really running well, except for that little puff of smoke on a warm start. chuckc |
