Seat Covers

I am looking into replacing seats in my Midget (70) and I was looking at the
VB catalog.  It looks like the 69 seat cover is different than the 70 to 77.
I like the looks of the pattern in the 69 better than the 70 and I am
wondering if the seat frame and foam are the same other than the headrest?
Or will the 69 seat foam fit in a 70 frame so I can use the 69 covers?
