Jason, Allignment can be done "to run" by using a long straight edge to span from back tire to front. Raise it up about 5" so it contacts both sidewalls of both tires. Move it from left to right until each front tire has equal tow in (zero for radials). If you do this carefully, you will be amazed by the reading on an allignment rack (given a tight front suspension). Test drive carefully.
