67 Sprite ID#

I received the following two notes through my web site. Any ideas on these
two numbers? Don't look like any thing I have seen.

"I have located a 1967 Sprite.....project car...sight unseen.
How can I find out what Model of Sprite it is........this is all the serial
number they could furnish. 1E5DE222
