Glen,
     If you still have to install the glass, I have a copy of an article from
the Austin Healey Club USA magazine from a few years ago that describes a
procedure on installing windshields in Bugeye frames.  I can fax it to you if
you'ld like to look it over.  It's how I installed my new windshield and it
worked out fine.  By the way I got my glass (Triplex replacement) and rubber
surround from MiniMania.
