Hi Mike,
If this gearbox is for a 1500 Midget, It might be from a Marina. Some of
those came with the Triumph type gearbox. Anyway, your friend who really
is the expert, if he says that only the input shaft is different, he
would surely know. Why not go for it. Sounds like a deal.
