That was my intention. Best Buy has this teeny little 6-changer that would
fit just perfectly in there. Didn't measure the controlling radio depth
though.

Following this stereo installation with interest. I ccame to the conclusion
that placing a CD player in the Midget console would have some restrictive
access problems, so I went for the blanking plate w/logo, planning on
installing a player under the seat.
Then, I discovered that Midgets had gloveboxes! (Mine didn't, along with
practically everything else in the interior, but I digress..) So, my plan
is to install the unit in the glovebox. Has a lockable door, and unless
you're a button-pusher (we radio guys hate that!) - perchance this is a
possibility? Anyone tried this?
