Paul, 

Don't forget to drain all the fluids especially the gearbox oil.  Order new 
nuts and bolts to replace all the ones you remove and that includes those at 
the rear of the prop (the diff end).  Look up some handy expletives and be 
sure that you know how to use them.  Don't do the job on your own.  Get a 
decent winch.
