Manifold for a Fish Carb?

I've just acquired a 1 1/4" fish carb for a friend who plans to put it on a 
948, 
but I need a manifold, and/or adapter for a single SU manifold. Does anyone out 
there have one of these beasts???

BTW - Yes I picked it up off ebay, and there was also 1 5/8 with an SU adapter 
that I was going to use myself, but I was Spoinked out of it in the last minute 
by other bidders, when I had been the only bidder for several days:-( 
so much for our E-bay cartel!
